Refusals, Returns & Refunds

We reserve the right to refuse business to anyone for any reason at our discretion. Should we feel that an animal is not a good fit or someone refuses to purchase items necessary to the animals survival, we reserve the right to refuse the sale. We do not take this decision lightly, nor do we take our responsibility to the animals we care for and place lightly.

Please make sure that you feel a pig is a good fit for you and your family, as well as have proper living arrangements for your new pet. If you and your family have made a committed decision to add a pet pig to your family, we are excited to help you welcome your new piglet! Please do not place a deposit or purchase a pig if you are not committed to your new family member.

Note: It is important to check with city government regulations before bringing a pig into your home as a pet, as they are considered to be livestock according to the USDA. Many cities do not allow pet pigs inside the city limits. Please contact your local city office or look on their websites for animal ordinances keeping in mind that a pet pig will most likely fall under their livestock regulations.

If you are on the waiting list and have placed a deposit for a future litter, once piglets are offered you must pick or pass within 48 hours. It’s not fair to keep the others on the list waiting. If you don’t respond I will have to move down the list. You will have the chance to pick again once the last person on the list has chosen their piglet. If there is not one left out of the litter, you will have first choice of the next litter.

Pig Deposits

You may, optionally, provide a non-refundable deposit on any mini pig that is available. If you purchase a piglet, and it is not picked up after 7 days of your deposit, as recorded by our sales records, your deposit will be forfeited. If you are a no-show your payment will also be forfeited and you may owe a boarding fee should you ever try to purchase another animal from us.

Should no mini pigs be available at the time of your deposit, your deposit will be valid and transferable to a litter within six months from the deposit being paid as recorded by our sales records.

Event Rescheduling

Event purchases are non-refundable. We do understand, however, that conditions may arise that requires the rescheduling of an event. You must give us at least 24 hours notice to reschedule otherwise you will forfeit your deposit fee.

Event tickets are transferable to another date for up to one year from the original purchase date as recorded by our sales records.
